Lloyd Alfred Walter Fisher
1932 - 2007
Lloyd A. Fisher directed bands and served as an administrator in several schools. A native Canadian, he was band director at Canadian Union College, now Canadian University College, from 1961 to 1966, serving as acting chair of the music department in his final year. He returned to chair the department and direct the band at CaUC from 1975 to 1978.
Born in Saskatchewan, Canada, Fisher taught music in Canada, Wisconsin, Kansas, Colorado, and California. He spent his last 25 years in Riverside, California, where he was band director at Corona Fundamental Elementary School for fourteen years and Corona high school for ten years.
